As a busy city centre estate agent, Julie Twist found this 80" capacitive touch panel display to be an outstanding tool which both improves their customer experience, and sets them apart in a competitive market.
How is it being used?
- Presenting properties for sale and rent
- Browsing Google Maps – pinch and zoom, tap for details and screenshot for later reference
- Comparing floor plans for size and layout, annotating preferences and creating an ideal plan
- Browsing using a mobile device such as an iPad or the customer’s own smartphone, and wireless casting to share content on the screen
- For digital signage – when not in use interactively, key company messages, news and highlights are presented to customers
Background to project
After Julie Twist Estate Agents contacted us, Daniel Handford from our parent company, Elementary Technology, quickly followed up their enquiry with a telephone call, and a no-obligation visit to their premises.

We also use the screen to promote videos of different developments, individual properties or simply areas of Manchester. There are numerous areas where the screen has been able to assist in our business including promoting our website and also being able to show a large scale map of the city and then drilling down to smaller areas and developments to help assist clients who are not familiar with the area.
In addition to promoting the company, the website and the city, the screen has many other uses including staff training, team building and even watching the odd game of England Football!!
We would definitely say the money spent on the screen was money well spent and feel it has enhanced the whole image of our company and has proved to be a great focal point for the office – thanks to the team at Elementary Technology!
