The Promethean Cobalt comes with enhanced interactivity. Teachers and students can collaborate with up to an impressive 20 simultaneous touchpoints. This allows large groups of students to interact with the screen simultaneously, which is excellent for collaborative learning.

Support STEAM lessons with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Wi-Fi provides the flexibility required for diverse networking needs, whereas Bluetooth allows for easy connection to accessories and STEAM-based hardware, such as robots and lab sensors. This allows teachers to transform their lessons and keep students engaged.

The Promethean Cobalt has dual proximity sensors – this means it automatically warms up when someone enters the room. Teachers can quickly get started with a simple press of the button, with the start-up time cut out.

A teacher-friendly centre console. Designed with the teacher in mind, the Promethean ActivPanel Cobalt features an ergonomically angled centre console. Teachers now have quick and easy access to the Unified Menu, volume controls, input selection, and more.

Promethean ActivPanel Cobalt’s controlled multi-device mirroring allows teachers to move freely and teach from anywhere in the classroom. During a lesson, the teacher can interact with shared screens directly from the ActivPanel. This increases student collaboration and participation.

Promethean’s Vellum™ writing technology delivers an authentic writing experience without limitations, enabling teachers and students to write confidently, fluidly and naturally. Pens write, fingers touch, palms erase – it’s like writing on a dry whiteboard, only better!
