Account Management System for a Personalised Workspace

The BenQ CP6501K 65″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen supports multi-account management through the use of NFC technology. Simply scan your BenQ designed NFC card and the DuoBoard will immediately give you access to and management of your personal system-settings, network drive and cloud storage space – including Google Drive and Dropbox.

Duo Boards

The BenQ CP6501K 65″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen is designed for the extension of collaboration, fostering teamwork and stimulating innovation. If you combine together two DuoBoards, the users can seamlessly double the collaboration space and develop ideas without borders. Use the built-in EZWrite software to work jointly with your teammates and put that complicated task to bed. Files which are saved on an individual IFP are also easily shareable between IFPs.

Duo Windows, Duo OS

Users are able to open two applications simultaneously and complete multiple tasks quicker than ever before. Additionally, thanks to the Duo OS you can enjoy cross-platform compatibility between Android, iOS, macOS and Windows OS. Insert the OPS into the DuoBoard to run two different operating systems concurrently.

Annotate in Landscape or Portrait Mode

Using the EZWrite 5 software you can annotate and collaborate within your meeting – employees can share notes and ideas whether at the office, home or on a business trip. Dual Pens with Handwriting Recognition

EZWrite 5 comes with dual pens that allow two users to write or draw simultaneously in different colours, allowing you to distinguish between different peoples ideas, additionally, this text, these numbers, forms and drawings can be easily switched into legible digital text without having to switch modes.
