Account Management System for a Personalised Workspace

The BenQ CP8601K 86″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen allows you to take advantage of NFC technology. If you scan the BenQ designed NFC card on your DuoBoard, without having to sign in, you gain immediate access to and you can manage all of your personal system-settings, network drive and your cloud storage – including both Google Drive and Dropbox.

Duo Boards

The BenQ CP8601K 86″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen is designed to extend your collaborative capabilities, it fosters teamwork amongst you and your colleagues and stimulates innovation. If you combine together two DuoBoards everyone within your meeting gets to take advantage of double the collaboration space which allows you to develop your ideas without worrying about space. By using the built-in EZWrite software, you can work together with your colleagues and tackle complicated tasks. Although files may be saved on an individual IFP, they are able to be shared between different IFPs easily.

Duo Windows, Duo OS

The BenQ CP8601K 86″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen allows your colleagues to work on two tasks at once, doubling your team’s efficiency! Users are able to open two applications simultaneously and complete multiple tasks quicker than ever before. Additionally, thanks to Duo Operating Systems, you can enjoy cross-platform compatibility between any of the major Operating Systems, from Android to Windows and more, just insert the OPS into your Duo Board to run to different Operating Systems concurrently.

Annotate in Landscape or Portrait Mode

Using the fantastic built-in EZWrite 5 software, you can annotate and collaborate within your meeting. Colleagues can share notes, thoughts and annotations whether they are in the office, at home or even if they need to make an input from a business meeting, it’s all possible with EZWrite 5. Feel like you’re not effectively using space? Thanks to the BenQ CP8601K 86″ DuoBoard Interactive Touchscreen you can simply switch between landscape and portrait mode at any moment – it all depends on if you feel like you need to make the notes wider across the screen or maybe higher if you were to make a graph.

Dual Pens with Handwriting Recognition

The EZWrite 5 software comes with dual pen capabilities, this allows for two users to write or draw simultaneously in different colours. This ensures you know which participant gave which idea.
